Private Camp

A single family owned the land around this lake and ran a summer camp for decades. Three small lots were sub-divided roughly 75 years ago for small cabins.  The land and two of the cabins were eventually taken over for a State Park about 50 years ago. This cabin was held in private ownership and recently purchased by twin brothers who spent their formative years at the summer camps. This cabin was renovated for year-round use with new foundation, HVAC and electrical systems, and new finishes.  Focus was to keep the feeling of the old cabin while upgrading for modern utilities and conveniences.
